The event for young musicians is organised by BMC. Having been running without a graphical image for many years, the high standard of the competition should be emphasised by the new image inspired by music itself. Music waves, watery reflections and distortions dominate the visual world, which fits perfectly well with the exciting sound of the trombone. The image was kept in two colours, which was further emphasised by the duotone process of the printed materials. In agreement with our client, it was important to avoid clichés and that a brave and slightly experimenting visual world should dominate the means of communication.
